Efim Idelman has over 10 years of experience in Microsoft System Management products starting from SMS 2003 and MOM 2005 to the most current. Starting as a support engineer in Microsoft enterprise manageability team, Efim has advanced through different roles, and most recently, he is working as a senior product manager on Hybrid Cloud offerings in one of Canada's largest telecommunication companies. During his career, Efim was responsible to provide support and consultation for Microsoft enterprise management products such as System Center, Windows server, Virtualization and Azure. With great passion for services and solutions, Efim shifted into products and solutions development working with a number of organizations and building several cloud-based offerings. Efim has great experience in delivering end-to-end cloud services mainly focusing on the hosted service provider's space as well as the enterprise.
