Summary

In this chapter, we learned about the creation of objects. We created different types of field to store different types of data, and finally we started building our first application data model on Force.com, a Library Management System. We discussed the data types, fields, and the relationship between objects.

In the next chapter, we will explore how to create a UI for the objects. We will also discuss tabs, page layouts, and Visualforce in brief.
