Summary

In this chapter, we discussed the company profile and its various settings. Then we moved ahead and discussed organization-wide access, followed by the sharing and setting options available in Salesforce. We also learned the customization guidelines that we need to set up our organization's role hierarchy in Salesforce. We also covered the profiles needed to restrict user access to certain features available in Salesforce. We discussed how to use permission sets to grant permission to a set of users. In the end, we discussed Audit Trail and its key concepts. In the next chapter, we will go through territory management in Salesforce.
