Setting the Start element in a Flow
Navigate to the element that you want to use as the first screen in your Flow, hover over it, and click on 
to set it as the Start element. In our case, select the Screen element, Display LoggedIn User ID, as the Start element; the Flow will look as shown in the following screenshot:
If your Flow doesn't contain a Start element, you won't able to see the Active button on the Flow detail page.
