Taylor is a quality assurance engineer; he has been contacted by Acme Corporation and has been able to successfully recreate a defect on her local machine that is currently plaguing Acme Corporation. Without a proper Configuration Management solution, Taylor would be limited to entering reproduction steps manually into a JIRA ticket and hoping for a speedy remediation of the defect from developers.
