Fundamental optional server roles

There are a few optional server roles that should always be installed. ConfigMgr will be fully functional without them; however, administration and reporting will be much more difficult.

These roles are as follows:

• Fallback status point
• Reporting service point
• Application Catalog

Description and installation steps for the aforementioned roles are presented in the upcoming section.
