Create site system server
The Create Site System Server Wizard that is used to install roles on the newly added environment server, can be found in the tab under Administration\Site Configuration\Sites.
As this wizard installs roles on the new server, there is a need to identify which computer will provide the role and assign it to the appropriate site. This wizard can be run on the standalone primary server, central administration site server, as well as a primary site server working in a hierarchy:

The Site System Installation Account option is used to provide the Active Directory account that has appropriate permissions on the remote computer needed to perform an installation. Clicking on the Next button moves the wizard to the Proxy settings. The next steps, are to choose the server role and its installation.
