Key components of workshop B (Delta design)

Workshop B is for the Delta design of functional gaps. It is designed to prioritize backlog items. It:

• Picks up from where workshop A stops, so as to leverage the process flow
• Helps to visualize the solution design for functional gaps
• Captures requirements based on feedback
• Drives early approval
• Expects iteration
• Standardizes solution design so as to minimize modification
• Brings upfront the integration challenges

A Delta design workshop agenda, scope item, and process flow are uploaded in the SAP Solution Manager. Also, the complete documentation of the organizational structure, business processes, functional specifications, and the WRICEF list, to name a few, are uploaded into the SAP Solution Manager.
