In this chapter, we looked at setting up a subsidiary hierarchy:

• OneWorld
• Customer
• Vendor
• Item
• Employee
• Roles
• Chart of accounts

The selection of the correct subsidiary/subsidiaries on those records will flow into the majority of transactions. Once you have done that, your accountant will take care of the rest!

In the next chapter, we will focus on the standard processes and built-in workflow that enable us to run the entire company on one system.
