An overview of Dynamics 365 Hub

Dynamics 365 provides different ways to access data for different groups, teams, and departments within a company. There are different types of Hubs available in Dynamics 365, depending upon your subscription, and there is an option to create Hub in Dynamics 365.

The following are the types of Hubs available in Dynamics 365:

• Customer Service Hub (also known as an Interactive Service Hub in older versions)
• Sales Hub
• Project Resource Hub
• Field Service Hub
