There are cases where someone in the team wants to delegate access to their personal inbox to other members of the organization. This is very useful when a key member of staff is on vacation or has an assistant. Mail Delegation gives the option to share access to the corporate inbox in a secure way, since all actions will be recorded and can be audited in the future if required.
