Simple Links and Smart Links

When we create a Nav Link Proxy, it comes with an array of Simple Links. This means that with a single Nav Link Proxy, we can connect different parts of the Nav Mesh together. However, the Nav Link Proxy comes with a single Smart Link as well, which is disabled by default.
