Managing conditional access policies
At any time, you may need to check on the performance or status of one of the policies you've created, or make adjustments to additional settings. Let's look at how we can view and administer our conditional access policies:
- From the Conditional Access - Policies landing page, you can review all of your policies and see which are enabled at a glance. You can select any of them to revise them, or use the ellipses next to a policy to delete it:
- On the left-hand side, you'll see additional management tools for adding and managing Named locations (some of which can be trusted locations that are used in conditional access policies):

- If you select +New location you can enter IP ranges or countries/regions to include in that new named location. You may also upload a TXT file with a list of IP ranges, one per line, using the Upload button:

Another management option is configuring the terms of use for users to accept prior to accessing the company resources, which will be subject to conditional access policies.
You can also configure always-on VPN deployment for devices that meet your conditional access policy criteria.
In this section, we've taken a look at how we can further manage our conditional access policies. In the next chapter, we'll explore a few more device usage-specific topics, such as security and app deployment.
