5.2　Layout of Main Buildings(or Structures)

5.2.1　The layout of main building shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The layout of the main building shall be determined by the factors such as steam water pipelines outside the cement production line,road condition,and grid connection point,etc.;

2　In case the same plant has three or more cement kilns,if the main steam pipeline pressure drop still exceeds 0.2MPa or the temperature drop exceeds 20℃after taking technical measures,the main power buildings should be set up separately.

5.2.2　Cooling tower or spray pond should not be arranged at windward side of leading wind direction of the switchyard,main power building and main road.
