1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is prepared with a view to specify installation construction of manufacturing equipment for optical cable plant to ensure installation quality and reliable operation and to improve installation technology of manufacturing equipment.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to the equipment installation construction and quality acceptance for optical fiber coloring machine，secondary coating production line，stainless steel loose tube production line，stranding production line and sheathing production line.

1.0.3　The installation of manufacturing equipment of optical cable plant shall meet the requirements of optical cable production process and equipment overhaul，maintenance and management，safe operation，convenient operating etc.and shall implement the national policies of environmental conservation and resource saving.

1.0.4　In addition to the requirements stipulated in this code，those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation shall be complied with the construction，and quality acceptance for installation of manufacturing equipment of optical cable plant.
