3　Basic Requirement

3.0.1　Metallurgy concentrator shall be designed with sufficient design basis and complete design basis data.

3.0.2　The design process flow shall be based on the reviewed or proved test report and with reference to the operation practice of concentration plant with similar ore features.

3.0.3　Selection of equipment shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Main equipments should be selected from the equipments that are technology advanced，reliable in production，energy saving and environmental protection；

2　Specifications and performance of auxiliary equipments shall match with those of main equipments；

3　Domestic and foreign obsolete equipments shall not be used.

3.0.4　The waste rock，the tailings，waste water，dust and harmful gas and generated noises etc.as discharged from Concentrator，shall be properly handled，with conformity to the current national regulations on environmental protection and occupational health and safety standards.

3.0.5　Concentrator should make full use of recycled water with the utilization rate of recycled water no less than 92%.
