4.2　Construction Quality Acceptance Scope Division and General Table

4.2.1　The scope of construction quality acceptance shall be divided according to inspection batch，subitem project，subsection project and unit project，and comply with Table 4.2.1.

4.2.2　During construction and inspection of unit project，inspection shall be made on the unit project construction management.And the inspection results shall be filled in Table 4.2.2.

4.2.3　For unit project acceptance，the information listed in Table 4.2.3 shall be checked；records for check results shall be complete and comply with file management rules.

4.2.4　The design change and material substitute notices shall be numbered，registered and attached on the registration form.The registration forms for unit project design change and material substitute notices shall comply with Table 4.2.4.

4.2.5　The equipment and material ex-factory test reports and quality certificates shall be numbered，registered and attached on the registration form.The registration forms for unit project equipment and material ex-factory test reports and quality certificates shall comply with Table 4.2.5.

4.2.6　After equipment defectives are discovered，construction contractor，supervisor，manufacture organization and Owner shall inspect and confirm and handle equipment defective notice，the filling of which shall comply with Table 4.2.6.

4.2.7　After equipment defective treatment，the responsible organization shall notify relevant organizations for inspection and acceptance who shall also provide acceptance comments and signature on the equipment defective treatment report sheet that shall be filled in accordance with Table 4.2.7.

4.2.8　Measuring devices for construction measurement must be inspected and used in calibration validity period.The measuring devices used in construction must be registered according to Table 4.2.8.Supervision engineer shall make inspection and confirmation on the registered measuring devices.

4.2.9　The inspection batch construction quality shall be inspected and accepted according to quality standard for the inspection items and the inspection batch construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.According to quality acceptance scope division table 4.2.1，if“dominant”is not filled in the column of property，it indicates“ordinary”and“/”is marked in the acceptance signature column of items not in the acceptance scope.The inspection batch construction quality acceptance shall comply with Table 4.2.9.

4.2.10　The subitem project quality shall be accepted according to Table 4.2.10 and subitem project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.According to quality acceptance scope division table 4.2.1，“/”is marked in the signature column of items not in the acceptance scope.

4.2.11　The subsection project quality shall be accepted according to Table 4.2.11 and subsection project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.According to quality acceptance scope division table 4.2.1，“/”is marked in the signature column of items not in the acceptance scope.

4.2.12　The unit project quality shall be accepted according to Table 4.2.12 and unit project construction quality acceptance table shall be filled.According to quality acceptance scope division table 4.2.1，“/”is marked in the signature column of items not in the acceptance scope.

4.2.13　The acceptance certificate，record，mandatory provision implementation for ST generator unit erection works quality control points are given in Table 4.2.13.The implementation is subject to change according to actual conditions.
