This Part is the third part of DL/T 5210.

This Part is formulated by the National Development and Reform Commission according to the requirements of the document"Announcement on Issuing the Professional Standard Project Planning in 2008"（Fagaiban Gongye〔2008〕No.1242）.

During the drafting procedure，this Part references the content of"Standard for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Thermal Power Construction—Turbine generator unit"（Dianzong［1998］No.145）.

Appendix A，Appendix B in this Part are informative.

AppendixC，Appendix D in this Part are normative.

This Part is proposed by the China Electricity Council.

The Technical Committee for Standardization of Thermal Power Construction in power industry has the jurisdiction of and in charge of the explanation of this Part.
