Abstract

In 2019,the global network security situation became severe and complex,cyberspace game between nations continued to upgrade,and information security in the industrial field became in-depth and pragmatic.Faced with the increasing security vulnerabilities of industrial control systems,the evolving security threats including extortion virus,APTs and others,the security measures for industrial Internet and industrial control system of developed countries have become more and more concrete and pragmatic.China has attached great importance of constantly promote industrial information security,and has made substantial achievements in policy formulation,mechanism construction,technology research and development,and industrial development,in order to effectively support the construction of manufacturing power and network power.

In the future,with the digital transformation of manufacturing industry being in wider and deeper development,the demand for information security in the industrial field will continue to release,and the requirements for scientific management mechanism,effective technical means and security protection system will be further improved.China's continuous promotion of the industrial Internet,the application of 5G,and the improvement of the cyber security industry will jointly promote the industrial information security to a new level.

The China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (formerly the Electronic Technology Information Research Institute.MIIT) has compiled the annual World Cyber Security Development Annual Report since2009,and the reports have been published in the form of blue books since 2014.The industry response is good.Since 2017,based on the new position as national industrial information security think tank and the urgent need to deal with major risks in industrial information security,the Center has begun to launch the series of Industrial Information Security Development Report.Based on the in-depth analysis of industrial information security's connotation and extension, Industrial Information Security Development Report (2019-2020) focuses on security situation,policy,standard,technology,industry and other key aspects.It also analyzes and assesses the new problems and trends.The report provides a reference for government departments and the military,industry,enterprises and related research institution.
