2.2　Tooling Equipment Configuration

The key equipment for producing CRTS Ⅱtrack slab is the production formwork for track slab and the CNC grinding machine for track slab polishing.

The production capacity of the actually equipped CNC grinding machine is 80～100 slabs/day；track slab prefabrication capacity is 30～60 slabs/day；batching plant is HZ150 type batching plant.Lifting device includes：rebar processing worship is 5t overhead crane，prefabrication workshop and polishing workshop is 16t overhead crane，slab storage is 16t gantry crane.Special equipments are allocated in prefabrication production workshop and polishing workshop.The allocation list of construction machine and equipment is shown in Table 1，the allocation of inspection instrument and device is shown in Table 2，and the allocation of test and inspection instrument is shown in Table 3.
