Dear Olivia,

Many thanks for your kind E-mail of June 11th. I am very much pleased to inform you that I will throw a dinner party in celebration of my promotion.

I finally receive my just reward and become the assistant to the general manager after five years' hard work and dedication to the marketing department. The good news came to me as a complete surprise yesterday morning. You would never imagine my great delight when I received the letter of appointment.
