Clementi公寓有5棟大樓,2234個單位。并且是新加坡最大組屋發展項目之一。大樓的高度為20-28層,由此打造一個雄偉有趣的天際線。
場地位于原先低層多坡的Sussex Estate,在建造之前,這些不平坦的土地已經被修整過。
其主要設計特色是利用綠茵景色遮住底層停車場的景觀甲板。這個甲板被設計成一個共用的頂樓花園,遮蓋住底層停車場的同時也創造出了許多的綠化空間。它位于項目三樓的空中花園,所有大樓看起來像似坐在一座山上,都是郁郁蔥蔥的綠化空間。空中花園占場地有15,460 m2(27.3%)。其余7460 m2(48.64%)被設計成綠化種植地。
空中花園被分成東西兩區,其中間有一個旋轉式階梯,稱之為“樹梢之道”。兩區各擁有有許多游樂場,包括成人與老年人運動場地。如特色涼亭,開放式廣場都特意建在靠近419與422號居民樓,以增加居住空間。額外的老年人運動場地包括菜園都設在靠近老年人活動中心,即西區的420A號樓。其中的一個行人走道環繞著整個景觀甲板,可以提供660 m長的跑道給運動愛好者。
Casa Clementiis one of the largest HDB development with 2234 residential units of 440-storey blocks. Variations of 20 and 28 storey blocks in between create a grand and interesting skyline.
The site was the former hilly low-rise Sussex estate, which was leveled before construction commenced.The main design feature is a large landscaped environmental deckwith perimeter earth berms which hides the basement carpark to retain landscape spaces.The large environmental deck is the roof garden at the 3rdstorey of the development, thus Casa Clementi, appears to sit on a green hill, and has return greenery back to the urban setting. The roof garden occupies 15,460 sqm (27.3%) of the site area, of which 7,460sqm (48.6%) is devoted to planters for planting.
This roof garden is divided into east and west zones, with a large spiral ramp designed as a "tree-top walk" in the middle, overlooking a void planted with tall Sterculia parvifolia and Schizolobium parahyba.There are several playgrounds, adult and elderly fitness corners, spread out between the two zones.Some facilities like trellis with seats, paved open plazas, are deliberately positioned closer to rental blocks (blk 419 & 422) vicinity as extension of living spaces for these residents. An additional elderly fitness area and reserved space for a future community garden has also been positionedcloser to a Senior Activity Centre located in the western zone close to commercial block (420A). The elevated position of this landscape deck functions just like the ground level, but provided additional privacy to the residents. A footpath system looping around the entire deck also doubles up as a jogging route 660 m long.

場地的約束與可發展機會

場地布置策略
大樓布置在場地周邊,朝南北向以利于散熱。保留大樓之前的開放空間,兩層的商業以及公用地塊位于場地的西向。服務車道布置于地塊周邊以打造出更大的社區內部空間。








全部的大樓都有通道直達停車場,社區共同使用場地與商業大樓。貼心地打造成一個暢道同行,無障礙的景觀,供所有人士使用。
花園里的旋轉式階梯被設計成“樹梢之道”,連接著空中花園與底層。同時帶領著居民前往其他的地區,如公共綠地以及其他的組屋社區。
面向空中花園的大樓,景觀一級棒。居住單元窗戶通風良好,陽光明媚。
