句型“There being……”的標準形式是“There being+名詞詞組+主語+謂語”。“There being”也可看作是There be的非謂語形式，在句中作狀語、主語等。“There being”還可以作介詞賓語，相當于帶邏輯主語的動名詞形式。

Tips

“there be”和“have”意思相似，“have”表示的是“擁有”的意思，而“there be”表示的是“存在”的意思。例如：There is a morning meeting every day.每天都有晨會。My grandfather has a pet dog.我爺爺有只寵物狗。
