Dialogue 1: Visiting schedule

A: Lucy, can you do me a favor?

B: Sure, What's the matter?

A: Nancy and Michael are going to visit our company next week. Can you draw up a tentative schedule for them?

B: Is there anything special they would like to do?

A: They would like to visit our workshop, especially binding department.

B: that can easily be arranged. Anything else?

A: They would also like to have a meeting with the designers and the production staff.

B: I'll set that up.

A: They'll be staying for three days. Please also arrange some sightseeing for them to do.

B: No problem.

A: Thank you, Lucy.
