Dialogue 1: Introducing the pIant
A: Welcome to our factory, Mr. Black.
B: Thank you. I'm really impressed by what I've seen. I know the factory is operating at fully capacity.
A: Yes, we've received plenty of orders, both for home needs and for export.
B: Is any of your work done by subcontractors?
A: No, we are fully self-sufficient. We have prepress, printing and postpress, quality control department and design department all here.
B: Can you make hardcover books?
A: Yes, but we've introduced new bookbinding line and started making hardcover book for two years. Our designers always keep pace with the development of new technology.
B: Is the engineer staff big?
A: Now we have about thirty design engineers and 300 staff members.
B: How do you ensure quality control?
A: Well, the quality control department does it.
B: I think I've got a general picture of your factory. Thank you very much for your introduction.
A: My pleasure.
