The project, located in Qinggang forest area in Zigong City, is one of the most important housing estates in Gongjing District. Enjoying an ideal geographic location and surrounded by top-grade residential area, villas and a number of ancillary commercial facilities, this project aims to create a stylish, high-quality, practical and comfortable space, where people can have a new experience and awareness, leading people to the pursuit of luxury homes.

The designer fixes the style as "New Deco style" in an attempt to interpret European traditional elements in modern technique of expression. A magnificent but affnity space is presented through various fashionable totems, updated traditional vocabularies, and personalized contemporary art.

Through the hall, you come into the space. The first thing coming into your eyes is a large blue-violet carpet with many symbolic language. Two plum-shaped pillars carved from black and white stones greet you in each side, and artfully guide your attention to the fifteen-meter-high dome of the lobby. The whole looks magnificent. Luxuriant decoration, organic sculptures, distorting mirror full of a sense of sequence, a strong color contrast, and geometric shapes with dissociation and conversion, all add an extra touch of fashion and elegance to the space.

The light belts of the ceiling well connect the lobby with the negotiating area, which strengthen the feeling of depth of the space and make space more interesting. The display area for models and the wine bar mainly take the design of simplicity and pureness. The tall door guard lines, vertical wood columns, and huge rectangular chandeliers make the space appear to be wide comfortable. The great skylight modifies the feeling of depth of the space. The planning of the overall layout takes the principles of openness and spaciousness. The space looks both enclosed and transparent, and is connected together as a whole through the details. Delicate and beautiful lamps, metal arts, and elegant furniture make the air of classic and modern to the extreme, and also give the temperature of the times and cultural conservation to the space.

該項(xiàng)目位于自貢市青杠林片區(qū)，是貢井區(qū)重點(diǎn)打造的居住片區(qū)之一，地理位置優(yōu)越，周邊是高檔小區(qū)、別墅以及一些附屬商業(yè)設(shè)施。該項(xiàng)目本著營(yíng)造時(shí)尚、高品位、實(shí)用的舒適空間，使人們?cè)谶@里能有全新的感受和認(rèn)知，引領(lǐng)人們對(duì)奢華居所的追求。

設(shè)計(jì)師把風(fēng)格定位為“新裝飾主義風(fēng)格”，試圖以現(xiàn)代的表現(xiàn)手法將歐洲傳統(tǒng)元素進(jìn)行演繹，通過(guò)把各種時(shí)尚“圖騰”元素、更新的傳統(tǒng)語(yǔ)匯、個(gè)性化的當(dāng)代藝術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合，展現(xiàn)出宏偉而又親和的空間。

進(jìn)入空間，經(jīng)過(guò)門(mén)廳的緩沖，首先步入眼簾的是大塊面并且富有符號(hào)語(yǔ)言的藍(lán)紫色地毯，兩列黑白根石材雕琢而成的梅花形柱子列陣相迎，巧妙地把人們的視線指引向十五米高的大堂穹頂，顯得宏偉壯麗。富力的裝飾，有機(jī)體的雕塑，序列感的哈哈鏡、強(qiáng)烈的色彩對(duì)比、幾何性造型經(jīng)過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)換盒抽離，更增添幾分時(shí)尚與優(yōu)雅。

天花燈帶把大堂與洽談區(qū)有機(jī)地聯(lián)合起來(lái)，加強(qiáng)了空間的從深感，是空間更具有趣味性。模型展示區(qū)、紅酒吧區(qū)的表現(xiàn)以簡(jiǎn)潔、純粹為主，高大的門(mén)套線、縱向的木珊、大體量的矩形吊燈，使空間顯得開(kāi)闊舒適，恢弘的天窗是修飾了空間的縱深感……

在整體布局規(guī)劃上，采用開(kāi)放寬敞原則，空間區(qū)域之間既圍合又顯通透，并以設(shè)計(jì)的細(xì)節(jié)將其串連為一體。精致、唯美的燈具，金屬藝術(shù)品，典雅的家具……把經(jīng)典語(yǔ)現(xiàn)代氣息推向了極致，并賦予空間時(shí)代的溫度與文化的涵養(yǎng)。
