These two sculptural residential towers are located in the heart of the emerging residential district of Maysan, on Reem Island in ever-expanding Abu Dhabi.

At 38 and 36 storeys respectively, Maysan Towers provide a vivid addition to the urban masterplan framework and ambitious sustainable agenda of the capital city of the UAE. Maysan Towers offer extroverted living spaces, sheltered from the strong sun by projecting overhangs. This ambitious state-of-the-art development, with a gross floor area of 64,500m2, employs sustainable strategies, supporting a holistic green approach to building design and compatibility with existing natural site conditions and the cultural identity of Abu Dhabi.

本案是兩棟雕塑般的住宅樓，坐落在不斷擴(kuò)建的米桑省阿布扎比市里姆島上新興的米桑住宅區(qū)的中心地段。

米桑大廈的雙塔分別高38層和36層，是城市總規(guī)劃藍(lán)圖的重要部分，也是阿聯(lián)酋首都雄心勃勃的可持續(xù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃的組成部分。米桑大廈設(shè)有向外延伸的生活空間，突出的屋檐為其遮擋強(qiáng)烈的陽光。這是個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)的先進(jìn)住宅項(xiàng)目，建筑面積達(dá)64500m2，采取可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，采用全面環(huán)保的建筑設(shè)計(jì)，并結(jié)合阿布扎比的文化特征與現(xiàn)有的場(chǎng)地自然條件相互融合。

Structure

The architectural design theme draws influence from the unique natural topography of Al Ain, often referred to as the Garden City of the Gulf. The architectural detailing thus echoes unique green oases, dramatic rock overhangs and planar mountain plateaus.
