Rojkind Arquitectos getting ready to break ground for a new High-Rise in Mexico City's prestigious Reforma Avenue, which has been one of Mexico City's main avenues since the second half of the 19th century, and one of the most important avenues and city hallmarks due to its symbolic value and urban quality.

R432, on Reforma Avenue, has achieved the best construction conditions for its type of building. It is a project that fully embraces its urban. The building opens up the street, and the street, fully guaranteeing safety, comfort and privacy enters into the building.

By uniting 12 lots of land we have a single lot stretching from Reforma Avenue to Tolio Street, opening up the possibility of turning Manchester Street into a pedestrian walkway, giving the side fa?ade a singular urban quality.

Of the 54 floors of R432, 3 are reserved for commerce and luxurious restaurants, offering their services to the occupants living on the higher levels of the tower while connecting them with the city, rich with experiences of an urban environment. In total, 12 floors will be dedicated to offices and parking and 28 for residences. The 5 basements of the tower will be reserved for residence parking. There will also be floors dedicated to technical operations as well as recreation and entertainment of the inhabitants, including a gym, play area, swimming pool, massage area and jogging track. The top 10 levels of the tower will host the Buddha Bar Hotel, which promises to be one of the city's most enviable locations, enriching the lifestyle of the tower's inhabitants.

This skyscraper doesn't just multiply the base area by its number of floors; it also intensifies the potential for the use of the building. The greatest challenge is not just to pile one floor on top of the other, but rather to imply them with one another, or better yet, to complicate them into each other. The tower is divided into blocks or zones, which are identified by a theme or rather by an ambiance based on Gaston Bachelard's Imagination of Matter; each of them implying colors, textures, smells and sounds. Starting from the ground up, the elements applied through the project include earth, stone, Metal, Crystal, Water, Rain, Seeds, Plants, and Fire.

Starting from the basic 70m2unit that is generated by the structure of the tower, the housing elements can be made by combining two, three or more of these units; horizontally, vertically or in a combination of both, allowing for different views, the R432 housing units can occupy several levels and enjoy different views, creating a unique combination that will set it apart from the rest.

羅赫凱德建筑事務(wù)所打算在墨西哥城著名的拉福姆大道建造一棟新型高層大廈。拉福姆大道在19世紀(jì)后半葉以后因為其象征價值和城市品質(zhì)成為了墨西哥城最重要主干道和城市地標(biāo)之一。

位于拉福姆大道的R432大廈的建筑類型充分考慮了該地區(qū)的建筑條件，完全融合到城市環(huán)境中。建筑面向街道，而街道又保證了每個進(jìn)入大廈的訪客的安全性、舒適性和隱秘性。

把12個小地塊連在一起，變成一塊大而整的地塊，從拉福姆大道一直延伸到托洛奧大街，為曼切斯特大街轉(zhuǎn)變成人行道提供了可能，也使建筑側(cè)立面具有獨(dú)特的城市品位。

R432大廈共54層，其中3層是商場和豪華餐廳，為高層的住戶服務(wù)，使他們和城市密切相連，同時盡情體驗城市的魅力。此外，大廈中共規(guī)劃了12層樓作為辦公區(qū)和停車場，28層樓作為公寓，5個地下室作為公寓的停車場。大廈還另外設(shè)有專門的技術(shù)操作樓層和娛樂休閑樓層，內(nèi)含健身房、游戲區(qū)、游泳池、按摩區(qū)和慢跑道。大廈最頂?shù)?0層是將成為城市中最令人羨慕的地方之一的佛陀酒店，極大豐富了住戶的休閑生活。

這棟摩天大廈不僅通過多建樓層來擴(kuò)大基地面積，而且還不斷地發(fā)掘大廈的潛在可利用空間。最大的挑戰(zhàn)在于并不是單純地在一層上搭建另一層，而是使它們相互連接甚至融合在一起。大廈分為不同的部分或區(qū)域，根據(jù)加斯頓·巴什拉的設(shè)想，部分或區(qū)域有各自不同的主題和格調(diào)，采用不同的顏色、質(zhì)地、氣味和聲音。從首層開始一直向上采用的元素有：泥土、石材、金屬、水晶、水景、雨水、種子、植物和火焰等。

大廈的結(jié)構(gòu)決定了公寓房間的基礎(chǔ)面積為70m2，但房間結(jié)構(gòu)可以進(jìn)行調(diào)整，把2間或3間或更多的房間進(jìn)行橫向、豎向或雙向組合，創(chuàng)造出不同的景觀，甚至跨越幾層樓，讓住戶可以欣賞到不同的景致，突顯出R432大廈的與眾不同。

The fa?ade is divided into several triangular sections as the bandoneon's expansion and retraction, which is of great characteristic and adds a landmark icon to the building.

立面

建筑立面被劃分為多個三角斷面，看起來就如同六角手風(fēng)琴的擴(kuò)張與回縮一樣，形成極具個性的立面，為建筑增加了地標(biāo)特征。
